The American Association for Cancer Research will be holding a translation science meeting focusing on understanding and using the Cancer Genome. The conference entitled Translation of the Cancer Genome: Scientific, Clinical, and Operational Challenges will be held in San Francisco, California from October 15-18, 2011. The conference will bring together basic, translational, and clinical scientist from academia and pharmaceutical industry to discus and outline effective scientific, clinical, and operational approaches to translate genome discovery to effective biomarkers and therapies.
