The Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) brings together leading centers nationwide in a comprehensive and coordinated effort to accelerate the understanding of the molecular basis of cancer through the application of large-scale proteome and genome analysis, or proteogenomics, and to address mechanisms of treatment response, resistance, or toxicity.
