GBM Discovery Data Available on the PDC

Glioblastoma Multiforme Discovery Study proteomic PDC Data Releaseand phosphoproteomic data previously available only on thte CPTAC Data Portal is now available on the Proteomic Data Commons.

Following the molecular profiling of GBM tumors by The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), which identified somatic mutations associated with essential signaling pathways, CPTAC sought to examine both the proteomic and phosphoproteomic profile of GBM tumors.

This study includes prospectively collected tumor tissue samples from 99 patients and 10 normal brain samples with clinical data (that can be accessed through the CPTAC portal) and imaging data available on The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA).

This release includes over 2,057 files and 470 GB of data.  Data is free to analyze but is embargoed for publication until March 1, 2021.
