GDC Release 22 Has GBM Discovery Data

The Genomic Data Commons (GDC) data release 22 is now available and includes data from the CPTAC Glioblastoma Multiforme Discovery Study.

Data includes sequencing of 99 tumors and 10 GTex normal brain tissues.  Complementary proteomic and phosphoproteomic data can be found at the Proteomic Data Commons (PDC).  Imaging data is also available at The Cancer Imaging Archive (TCIA). Release 22 also includes CPTAC-3 miRNA sequencing data.

Please note that you may have to clear your browser cache to take advantage of some of these updates.

CPTAC has provided the Genomic Data Commons (GDC) with genomic data from a total of 600+ cancer patients with diverse disease types including Lung Adenocarcinoma, Endometrial, Renal, Breast, Colon and Ovarian cancers. The GDC harmonized DNA sequences from CPTAC whole genome sequencing (WGS), whole exomes sequencing (WXS), and RNA sequences with the GRCh38 reference genome using GDC DNA-Seq Analysis Pipelines and mRNA Analysis Pipelines, respectively.
