New CPTAC Imaging Data Available

New histopathology slides available from CPTAC lung squamous cell carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma and glioblastoma multiforme studies. 149 images from 28 new cases added in the month of February 2020 are publicly available on the TCIA CPTAC Pathology Portal!

TCIA has partnered with CPTAC to host both the radiology and pathology imaging data generated by the CPTAC Program.  The TCIA CPTAC Pathology Portal has more than 6000 histopathology and radiology slides from more than 1600 proteogenomically analyzed tumor cases with accompanying complementary proteomic and genomic data.  

In a national effort to accelerate the understanding of the molecular basis of cancer through the application of large-scale proteogenomic analysis, CPTAC has made its data freely available to the public as a community resource to accelerate cancer research and advance patient care.
